How long does it take from design to mold delivery?

For products with 3D drawings, it usually takes 30 days to complete mold production when mold opening is started. For customers who only have samples or ideas, we need to understand their requirements and design 3D drawings according to their specifications. Generally speaking, the time required for this stage depends on the efficiency of our communication.
Can you develop the functionalities I need?

Yes. After receiving your functional requirements, we provide a feasibility assessment within 2–5 business days. Our engineering team will design customized electronic functionalities (e.g., PCB integration and sensor controls) based on your specifications.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Existing molds: 5,000 units per order.
New projects requiring custom mold development: 10,000 units (MOQ may adjust based on complexity and material costs).
Where are my products manufactured?
