Can I add my brand logo to the product or packaging?

Yes, we support logo printing (silk screen, laser engraving, pad printing) on both products and packaging. Logo customization usually requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Can I customize the product design or function?

Yes. We provide complete customization services, including industrial design, circuit development, software features, housing structure, and packaging. You can customize the appearance and features or create a new product from the concept.
Whats your MOQ for custom orders?

MOQ depends on the level of customization.
For logo printing: usually 500–1000 pcs
Full custom ID/structure/function is subject to evaluation after confirming requirements.
Can I order samples before mass production?

Yes, we can provide samples for testing before a bulk order. Sampling fees and delivery times depend on whether the model is a stock model or a new customized design.
How long does production take?

For stock models with logo: around 10–15 days
For full custom OEM/ODM, it usually takes 30–45 days, depending on the complexity
What testing or certifications do your products have?

We follow strict QC processes and can support CE, FCC, RoHS, MSDS, UN38.3, and other certifications depending on the product type and market requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, and L/C (for large orders). A 50% deposit is usually required before production.
Do you provide shipping services?

Yes. We can arrange shipping by air, sea, or express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and help with customs clearance if needed.
