To enhance the emergency rescue capabilities of company employees and safeguard their lives, on September 2, 2024, employees from our company’s injection molding factory and other employees organized and carried out a first aid training activity. A total of 25 trainees participated in the training.
For this training, professional first aid instructors from the Dongguan Red Cross (Dongguan Hongren Life Safety Education Service Center) were invited. They brought rich and practical first aid knowledge and skills to everyone. The training content covered common first aid scenarios, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), trauma care, emergencies, and accidental injuries. Through a combination of theoretical explanations, case analyses, and practical applications, the instructors enabled everyone to gain a deep understanding of the importance of first aid knowledge.
In the practical operation session of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, everyone stepped forward one after another. Under the guidance of the instructors, they earnestly practiced the correct methods of chest compressions and artificial respiration. Everyone carried out the operations meticulously, following the steps to strive for mastery of every detail and lay a solid foundation for providing accurate rescue in emergencies.
The training knowledge on hemostasis and bandaging, as well as fracture fixation, is equally practical. The instructor demonstrated various bandaging methods and fracture fixation techniques on site. The trainees actively participated and practiced with one another, quickly mastering these valuable skills.
After a day of theoretical and practical training, all 25 trainees successfully passed the assessment and received their Red Cross First Aider certificates.
